Certified AI Engineer by the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute, Full Stack Developer, and Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and a Master's degree in Collective Intelligence, Oscar is actively engaged in ML and AI projects, including an AI model a solution to the Multi-Armed Bandit Problem (Reinforcement Learning); Leveraging 3 years of experience as a Data scientist in both private and public sectors.

In his two-year role as a Health Data Scientist and Statistician at the Benin Ministry of Health, he led data collection and reporting for the national COVID-19 vaccination campaign in 2021, in the region of Mono. His responsibilities extended to applying Deep Learning for medical image classification and managing the National Health Information System, showcasing his ability to bridge academic knowledge with practical applications in AI and ML.
He also had a 1 year work experience as Business analyst.

At ACILAB, he is in charge of science and technology projects.
